PRIORITIES
1. Employment
To improve access to employment and take measures supporting job-seekers; to promote adaptation of workers and enterprises to changes, as well as a healthy and appropriate working environment that takes into account health risks
2. Education and Training
To promote equal access to and completion of inclusive and quality education and training, also by facilitating mobility to learning open to all; to promote lifelong learning, taking into account the new skills required on the basis of job market needs
3. Social inclusion
To promote social integration of people risking poverty or exclusion, by improving equal and timely access to services of quality, promoting equal opportunities, non-discrimination and improving employability, in particular of disadvantaged groups
4. Young employment
To improve access to employment and take measures supporting young people in search for a job, in particular through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee
